Participant Instructions

• Please arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in.

• Tickets are required for all participants and POCs.

• If the POC is not a participant,
  the total group size should be the number of participants + 1 POC

• Please keep your PayPal payment confirmation handy and show it at check-in.

• A digital or printed copy is acceptable.

• Physical tickets will be provided to the POC at the venue.

• Your ticket includes event entry, stage performance, tea/snacks,
  a dinner box, and a trophy.

• Seating is limited, so please remain in your designated seating area and follow the instructions from
  the Cultural Team and volunteers.

• Please cooperate with the volunteers and event team to help us keep the event organized and enjoyable for everyone.
